Kai was a sturdy female soldier and sailor who crewed on Slope Runner from Lasthope to Oxxten. She is famous for mooning the assembled dignitaries of Lasthope, and for her role in the suppression of the Makelt mutiny. Since ceasing to be a PC she hasn't been seen much.
